This is a gorgeous necklace discovered in Morocco! The pendant is a vintage, artisan made piece in silver, which features a traditional Tuareg "compass" design. The leather cord is 18.25 inches long; the dimensions of the pendant are 6 cm wide x 6.2 cm in length.
It is stamped twice on the back with two Moroccan ram's head marks for sterling silver. The majority of the pendant is clearly made of sterling; however, I believe the metal used to attach the front and back plate of the pendant is bronze or brass, not sterling.
